Stability Testing

Of primary importance to the pharmaceutical industry, the purpose of stability testing is to provide evidence on how the quality of a drug substance or drug product varies with time under the influence of a variety of environmental factors, such as temperature, humidity and light.

To enable Butterworth to provide Stability Storage to ICH and other Customer Specific requirements, we have set up an agreement with Vindon Scientific Ltd who specialize in providing Stability Storage Facilities to ICH requirements, to the Pharmaceutical and other Healthcare Industries. We will continue to audit their facilities on a routine basis to ensure that they continue to meet our high standards for suppliers.

Butterworth routinely undertake testing of materials that have been stored to ICH conditions for both short term investigations and long term studies.
