Butterworth analytical staff come from various scientific backgrounds, and are experienced in most industries, providing the laboratory with a unique pool of expertise to tackle the wide range of challenges faced by our clients. Whilst most of the work we undertake is based on applying routine QC Methodology, we also have experience of working with customers to resolve problems they have in manufacturing.

As an illustration, we recently had a client who was finding that Saline solutions were producing a blue contaminant when spilt of the floor around stainless steel production facilities. Analysis of the solutions and the constituent raw materials found that the Sodium Chloride contained levels of Cyanide in excess of the product specification.

Our staff are equipped to assist our clients to resolve their issues in a timely and cost effective manner.
