We encourage ongoing dialogue throughout the lifetime of contracts and encourage clients to come and visit our facilities to discuss any future work or issues that they have with completed work.

In addition to the Contact Details and Directions pages, to speed up your communications with us we have provided a number of electronic and printable hard copy versions of forms. These include:

General Enquiries Form: This is to establish whether we have the ability to perform certain tests or have specific techniques available etc.

Quotation Request Form: If you are confident that we can provide the service you require, either from previous experience or from the information already provided, then this is a fast and efficient route to request a quotation. If our staff have any further questions they will contact you in a prompt manner to enable them to produce a quote in a timely manner.

Sample Submission Forms: These are available in both pdf and ‘Word’ format. The former can be printed off and completed by hand and submitted with the samples. The ‘Word’ version is to allow clients who submit samples on a regular basis to download the file and customise the details to their own particular requirements.

Service Performance Questionnaire: We are always endeavouring to improve the service we offer and welcome customer feed back on what we regard as our Key Performance Indicators. It should only take a few minutes of your time to complete, but provides us with some very valuable information.
