Internal audit carried out by various auditors to a consistently high standard, capturing a good level of objective detail, and raising pertinent findings. This gives confidence that the laboratory is identifying nonconformity where it exists.

Non-conformities identified are closed out promptly and appropriate corrective actions implemented.

The laboratory provides a suitable environment for staff and for the analysis carried out.
